Brettenham House Published
Developer Helical PLC have published a series of visualisations depicting their renovation and development of the iconic Brettenham House on the north side of Waterloo Bridge, London.
Brettenham House as described in the marketing material
”Occupying a prime location on the elbow of the River Thames, Brettenham House is a beautiful example of Art Deco architecture, built in the early 1930s. Respecting and referencing its history and heritage, the new Brettenham House will be a beautiful, sustainable, landmark office building, ready to welcome new occupiers and continue its story into the future.”
The visuals were produced by The Boundary for Helical PLC with photography by White and White in the summer of 2024.
Shot at the height of summer, we got up so early for the dawn view there were no trains running in London so we hopped on the night bus. As you can see in the dawn terrace view, the lighting was quite special and coincided with high tide which caused the Thames to look strangely still creating tranquil reflections.
