The restoration of the historic Crystal Palace Subway is currently being undertaken by DBR Limited. The repairs and restoration to the Grade II* listed structure is estimated to cost around £3.2m. The project includes rebuilding existing walls and the construction of a new roof over the courtyard. In addition, the project with see the repair of the Victorian subway station area, including repairing and rebuilding existing walls, construction of new parapet walls and a new roof structure. All encompassing, this project will revitalise the historic space and bring new life and relationship between historic property and the public.
