We often shoot aerials for these type of masterplan images, they're really important to give an overview of the whole site in context.

The site is usually an empty plot and the middle of the photo is replaced with the proposed render. This image is more of a hybrid of sorts, the scheme depicted (Chalkhill Estate) includes infilling current derelict garages with new housing blocks amongst existing blocks. We think the final outcome makes for a lovely harmony between render and photography.
