17 Columbus Courtyard Published

We worked with River Film all the way back in late 2023 on 17 Columbus Courtyard so were excited this week to see the final visuals published by LS Estates.

”Our “17CC” project involves the refurbishment, extension and repositioning of a former office building into c. 190,000 sq ft of CL2 science workspaces, in the heart of Canary Wharf. The finished building will offer premium workspaces to the science community, with a mix of fully fitted, Cat A and Shell & Core finishes, catering to a range of occupier type and size.”
